Campaign Start time: 7PM Server (US Central). That's 5PM Pacific, 8PM EST.

Welcome Back Soldier has been activated right now one day early to start getting as many troops into battle as possible.

Welcome Back Soldier means all veteran players return with activated premium accounts, and all current free players / new people signing up to the game also receive premium (full) game access.
